Jerusalem

The One & Only Jerusalem!

Tours to Jerusalem are on Wednesday and Friday!

Winston Churchill commented that “the Balkans produce more history than they can consume”. The same and perhaps in a more accurate way can be said about Jerusalem. Destroyed 2 times, besieged 23, attacked 52, captured and recaptured 44. Axis, sacred city, with settlements dating 2500 BC. Some people say no matter who lives there is Jerusalem the one living through them. Capricious, beautiful, tragic, Holy. Introspective and desired by the world. City of markets, churches, business, prayers, mosques, walls, pilgrims, synagogues, labyrinths and talismans. On the Talmud is written that “ten measures of beauty descended to the world, nine were taken by Jerusalem”. The Holy Sepulcre, The Western Wall, The Rock Dome. Christian, Jewish, Muslims. Together, divided, sharing their devotion for Jerusalem, looking in its stones a mirror of eternity.

Tour Plan
We start early morning at the hotels in Eilat. Drive through the east part of the Negev Desert. We make a stop at the Dead Sea, 1:30 hour to swim, rest and by cosmetic (we recommend to buy them in Eilat where they r cheaper). Drive to Jerusalem. Arrival to the Mount of Olives and the Gethsemane garden, where Jesus prayed and sweated blood before being captured by the Romans. We visit the Church of all Nations. Then we head to Bethlehem and visit the Church of the Nativity. Time to Lunch. We go to the Old city. We do the Via Dolorosa and visit the Holy Sepulcre, the church built in the place where Jesus was buried and resurrected, also inside this church is the Golgota, the site of the crucifixion. We wonder around the markets where we can get and wide variety of souvenirs from the Holy Land. Visit the Western Wall, the remains of the Second Temple, the holiest site in Judaism, from here we have a view of the outstanding Rock Dome, the beautiful mosque build around the point from were Mohammed ascended to heaven. Return to Eilat.

Dead Sea

Dead Sea Tour

With the dry land in the shores at 400 m below sea level, the Dead Sea is the lowest point on Earth. Once linked to the Mediterranean Sea, today this salty lake is one of the oldest resort areas in the world, Aristotle wrote about its waters. Whether you come for the healing properties of the minerals in the water and mud, to take a sunbath with reduce UV rays or simply to have fun floating on the water with the hypnotic desert on the background, the Dead Sea is an unparalleled experience for both modern health pilgrims and adventurous enjoyers of nature.

Tour Plan
Pick up at 8:00 am from the hotels in Eilat. 2:30 hours driving through the east part of the Negev Desert. Arriving at the Dead Sea we head to the spa of a 4 or 5 stars hotel, with private beach, pool with water from the sea, jacuzzi, sauna, gym. Delicious lunch in a buffet. Around 5 pm we return to Eilat and transfer to the hotels
